In this edition, Victor Gin have introduced kaffir lime. You’ll get all the original Victor Gin botanicals with kaffir lime loud in the mix. Fresh, zesty, with a soft and luscious mouthfeel.

Distilling
The Thomson Whiskey Distillery is located in one of NZ's oldest wine regions, North West of Auckland. The region is famous for its Chardonnay, so it seemed only fitting that we pay homage to this grape. Champagne made from only Chardonnay is referred to as 'Blanc de Blancs' or white of whites.

About
Thomson Whisky started the same way you’d start a band. They got together and just started tinkering. It was never about taking over the world, or playing Wembley, but about giving it a go, creating the best spirit they could afford to and sharing their journey with anyone who liked whisky before venturing into gin as well. They're inspired by music, design, craft beer, artefacts, mysteries, family and spirits and are proud to be contributing to the craft distilling movement in Aotearoa.

Pondering early rock n’ roll, Thomson Whisky Distillery thought, a few rudimentary instruments working together sound great – work with the basics, get some robust tones going, then turn up the volume. This stripped back approach is how they created Victor Gin. Only the flavours they love, at full noise.
