Cancellation Policy

The Juniper Collective Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Last-minute cancellations seriously affect our small business. Please be considerate.

Deposit:

  • All private bookings require a deposit to secure your date and time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable except under the circumstances below.


Cancellation by the Customer

More than 14 days before the event:

✅ Full refund of the deposit.

7–14 days before the event:

  • Private Tastings: 50% refund of the deposit. If pre-paid, 50% refund applies.

  • Public Tastings: Full refund.

2–7 days before the event:

  • Private Tastings: No refund of the deposit. You may reschedule with a $25 rescheduling fee. If pre-paid, 25% refund applies.

  • Public Tastings: 50% refund or full credit.

48 hours or less before the event:

  • Private Tastings: No refund of the deposit. Rescheduling will incur an additional 50% fee due to food costs. If pre-paid, 25% refund applies.

  • Public Tastings: 75% credit.

Sickness:

We encourage you to offer your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot attend. Within 48 hours of the event, we will offer a 75% credit for a future event as a last resort.


Rescheduling

  • Free rescheduling if requested more than 7 days before the event.

  • Requests less than 7 days before the event incur a $25 fee.

  • 24 hours or less: Rescheduling will incur an additional 50% fee due to food costs.


Cancellation by The Juniper Collective

If we need to cancel your event, you will receive a full refund and the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.


No-Shows

Private Events & Tastings:

If you do not attend your scheduled event without notifying us, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Walk-in Bar Bookings (no deposit required):

While we do not take payment upfront for regular bar walk-ins, no-shows impact our small team and operations. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.


Group Bookings

Cancellation policies apply to the entire group. Individual group members cannot cancel for a partial refund.


Special Requests

Please let us know at least 7 days before your event if you have specific spirits you wish to try. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.


How to Cancel or Reschedule

Include your booking details (date, time, name, and contact number).
