Aged 1 Year in a French Oak Barrel. 28% New Oak.

Preservative-free without additions.

Deep purple in colour.

Cassis (blackcurrant), molasses, cacao bean, smokey mushroom and forest floor on the nose.

Savoury, pencil shavings, fennel seed and umami on the palate with a persistent lengthy tannin with a vanilla finish to round up the full package sensation.
