Our Whanganui Dry Gin has been single-shot distilled in the tradition of a London Dry Gin using traditional as well as contemporary botanicals. This gin is a great option for a solid G&T using neutral or citrus-forward tonic waters, but it also pairs well with soda water and makes for a delicious Negroni.
About In May 2021, Nikki and Adrian relocated from windy Wellington to Ūpokongaro on the banks of the Whanganui River. The house, as it happened, came with two sizeable pear orchards, and that's when people started asking them, "what are you going to do with all the pears?" Turns out, the answer was, "gin".
