Juniper, Angelica Root, Coriander Seed, Orange Peel, Kaffir Lime Peel, Lavender, Lemon Peel, Feijoa Leaf, Cassia Bark and Bay Leaf.

Description
A bold and aromatic Gin containing ten organic botanicals, of which eight are from Hawke's Bay. Top notes of citrus and juniper. Angelica root and kaffir lime bring floral hints and complex herbal notes.

Distilling
Batch distilled in their 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water.
