Concept's Blood Orange Gin is made with neutral grain spirit (made in-house at their brewery); infused with a blend of botanicals ranging from traditional juniper and coriander; fruited with apple, raspberry and blood orange. The result is a distinct citrus flavour with a hint of raspberry upon the exhale. Maceration is used to get maximum flavour and colour - it’s almost medicinal as the blend is highly concentrated. The inoffensive sweetness and beautiful, deep colour is achieved naturally and triple distillation is utilised to maintain purity.
