A delicious alternative to alcoholic gin, Spades blend is savoury and fresh on the palate. Leading with notes of green cardamom and fresh herbs, it is perfectly balanced by sweet citrus and native Australian lemon myrtle, with our distinct Tasmanian pepperberry creating the illusion of alcohol heat in the throat.

Best enjoyed with tonic to unlock the layers of flavour, and also acts as a strong base for a range of cocktails. With garnishes, get creative with dried lime, rosemary, strawberries, or peppercorns.

Distillery
It all started in 2017, when a group of neighbours got together each weekend to enjoy home-made food and alcohol, then following a pregnancy and a triathlon, we were faced with a challenge of what drink we could share. We used our collective skillset, including engineering and science, to develop our process of making non-alcoholic gin (sapiir). The Brunswick Aces brand was born and our journey as Australia's first non-alcoholic spirit brand began.
