We source top-quality citrus fruits from Kerikeri, New Zealand, and infuse them with a touch of signature Rhubarb to create a unique gin perfect for summer. This gin achieves a refreshing and crisp flavour from our combined pre and post-distillation infusion. The telltale cloudy appearance is a result of the natural oils of the infused citrus fruits.
