Fresh and sprightly like the piwakawaka that adorns the label and designed to be enjoyed on any occasion. This gin is juniper-forward and based around our core botanicals – a savoury expression with notes of fresh rosemary and mint and finished with a kick of horopito. Dr Beak's New Zealand Garden Gin has been crafted in our bold house style, using a whey-based neutral spirit. It is loaded with flavour and perfect for a G’n’T at home in the garden.

By using botanicals grown here in New Zealand, this helps them to keep their footprint small, and of course, supports the locals. Currently, all but one of their botanicals are grown here in NZ. This gives them traceability of their ingredients straight to your glass.
