Hand-crafted on their farm in the hinterland of Byron Bay, Brookie’s Dry Gin is a a beautifully balanced combination of the finest regional botanicals in a truly classic gin and a beautiful Australian interpretation of a classic London Dry.
In 1988, Pam and Martin Brook bought a rundown dairy farm and over 35,000 subtropical rainforest trees were planted. Today, this landscape has transformed into a haven for birds and wildlife.
