A team of agronomists (experts in soil management and crop production) work to ensure the correct growth and harvest of the fruit at the optimum moment for the future juice processing. The crops are continuously audited with the highest quality standard allowing us to grow the best fruit only a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea.
