They are refreshingly, boldly flavoured tonic syrups made with quality ingredients including natural quinine from the cinchona bark, locally grown zesty citrus, lemongrass, spices & pure cane sugar. Crafted to perfectly compliment your favourite gin.
Tonic Merchant syrups are more versatile than traditional tonic water. It still pairs wonderfully with gin however, it's unique flavour combinations allows you to create your own cocktail combinations. So much effort has been put into gin botanicals, they felt there was a need for a craft tonic for your craft gin.
Mix with sparkling water or soda stream. One bottle makes 15 drinks and saves the planet at the same time.
