Tī Kōuka Forest gin showcases vibrant and versatile botanicals native to New Zealand. Inspired by the Tī Kōuka tree which is the symbol of Sandymount Distillery this gin includes Kawakawa, Horopito, Tarata, Tī Kōuka bark, Harakeke seed and Mānuka.
100% of the profits of Ti Kōuka Forest Gin go back into replanting native bush. Each bottle pays for between 8-10 new trees to be planted.
About
Sandymount Distillery began when distiller Richard Wilson and his family moved to the farm on the Otago Peninsula in the stunning location of Sandymount Estate. Richard, already a practiced distiller, decided that this location was meant to be the home of the distillery we know now. Providing the spring water and an abundance of native flora on the site, Sandymount Distillery is Otago Peninsulas only distillery.
