Rum, by definition, has to be made out of sugar cane, so LWF makes rum out of molasses.

LWF's distiller wanted to create a ‘new world’ spiced rum with a big chunk of New Zealand flavour to the palate. Starting with a strong citrus nose that moves through some familiar warm spices, this white rum finishes with a sweet, earthy manuka honey note. There's no added sugar and is diluted with 5 times filtered New Zealand rainwater to accentuate the smooth clean mouthfeel.

This Spiced White Rum is versatile enough to fit into the traditional spiced rum cocktails as well as simple pairings of tonic or lemonade.
