Description
While strolling down Princes Street in Cambridge and admiring the many lemon trees, the team at The Cambridge Distillery Co. were struck by a few ideas and new concepts they could explore - whole fruit distilling! So not limiting their flavour to just the peel, but using all of the lemon and orange for a deeper and more authentic flavour. They challenged themselves to take a classic style and still give it a delicious twist that their gins are known for.

A deliciously clean and balanced gin. Juniper forward with strong notes of lemon and citrus. Rounded with thyme, hints of macadamia, and a beautifully lush mouthfeel.

Distilling
Distilled in a copper pot still with a mix of vapour infused and slow distilled botanicals.

About
Knocknaveagh was the name given the family farm in County Cavan, Ireland. From there, in 1862, they set foot on a long journey across the world to settle in New Zealand. In memory of this massive life changing step and the subsequent opportunities that have come from it, The Cambridge Distilling Co. chose to add the picture of the Old Farm house to their bottle as a reminder of the paths that bring them new and exciting opportunities.
