Named for the Hector’s dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector’s Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Kelp, mānuka, thyme, lavender, and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a dry gin with a slight minerality on the finish.
Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa. Their gins are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa.
