Description
Concept's have used Motueka Hops from Nelson (Freestyle Hops) and infused it with our own Old Jones London Dry. The results - a truly unique gin! Tropical notes of pineapple and papaya accompany aromas of juniper; with hints of cardamom and coriander upon the nose. These flavours carry through upon the palette with whispers of stone-fruit on the tongue. The hop characteristics are clearly apparent upon the exhale, where hints of traditional IPA bitterness become discernible upon finish.
